KlipCut splits videos into story-sized segments for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.

Common Questions

• Why is "Will create N segments" different from what I expected? KlipCut clamps short videos to at least two segments and divides long videos into evenly spaced clips of your chosen length.
• The exported file looks different from the in-app preview. The preview supports Fit / Fill / Blur framing. Export currently preserves the source's aspect ratio. Baked-in framing is planned for a future update.
• Does the app need network access? No. KlipCut is fully offline. Permission prompts are for Photos and Camera only.
